Salami Kit

I have tried different salami mixes and by far yours gave me the best taste. I have Italians that just love it. And say som ham, turkey, cheese and other meats and you’d have one world class sub. I plan on serving it with cheese and crackers at our game diner.

Very simple instructions that is easily adaptable to your own personal equipment and a great tasting as well.

I have made Salami from many recipes and multiple different package products over the years and this is absolutely the best for Venison I have found. It has the pefect balance between spice and natural venison flavor.

This is by far the best salami mix ive used for my deer meat, i make snack sticks with this as well as the regular salami. Will always buy and use this brand!!!

Made it with deer meat but as stated in other comments does not vary much from the Summer Sausage. Would have liked it to have more of a Salami flavor.

I made it with moose meat. The flavor is nice. Not much different than the summer sausage except for the addition of pepper corns.
