Ordering and Shipping Policy

During our busiest time of year (typically Q4 through mid-Q1), order fulfillment and shipping may take longer than expected. We strive to get all orders shipped promptly, but we encourage you to order as early as possible at this time of year.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states addresses.  We also ship (up to 15 lbs) to Hawaii and Alaska. No PO Boxes nor military addresses please.

Commercial Customers

Most of our consumer spices and blends are available in bulk. (See our catalog for items available.) Individual items are shipped in a plastic liner and contained in a shipping carton. Please contact sales@conyeagerspice.com for your specific need.

Con Yeager Spice Company supplies many trusted names in the meat processing industry. We also blend products for our customers' proprietary usage. We can blend your product with consistent, quality results while freeing you from maintaining your own blending room and raw material storage.

In addition to producing your blend, we can help to adjust your formula, making it more cost effective without compromising its flavor profile. Our technical team can also help you create new formulas and products. We have much experience with large supermarket chains, individual customers, and everything in between.

Net 10 accounts established on approval. Contact us for credit application. UPS and FedEx is available for all other orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

Retail (non-commercial) Customers

Shipping costs are included in our product prices for residential customers in the Continental USA on all orders of $65 or more (website orders only please). A flat fee of $15 (Eastern Continental USA) or $20 (Western Continental USA) is charged to orders under $65 (website orders only please). For any product on our website, the cost that you see in most cases is your final, "out the door" cost. We hope this makes shopping with us more convenient for you. Please Note: If your order is eligible for Included Shipping, you will see an option to select "Included Shipping" or "Free Shipping" at checkout. 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. 

We take care not to ship perishable items near the end of the week; therefore, it could take slightly longer for perishables to ship as we wait for Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to help ensure your goods are not subjected to thermal abuse.

Some shipping delays could occur during our "Busy Season" when we are inundated with orders: October - January. Your patience and understanding of this is greatly appreciated!
 

Customers who wish to order in bulk quantities should call us to make arrangements for pickup at our New Castle distribution center. Arrangements must be made in advance for order pickups.
