Used many different con Yeager kits and they’ve all been excellent. The kolbasi kit is one of my favorites for snack sticks.
As usual seasoning is outstanding.

Like all Con Yeager kits I've tried this Kolbassi is excellent. Use 6lbs venison, 4lbs fatty pork butt and followed the instructions for oven cooking. Very easy to make and turned out GREAT. Better than any store bought.
another great kit. Great flavor and great instructions...takes all the guess work out of processing your own game. There is tons of casing so do not be afraid to leave yourself room to work with regards to knotting. Trust me you won't run out. You will be tempted to do long runs of kielbasa...but trust me...keep them around 24-36 inches max or you will be hating life if the longer, heavier links break prior to cooking/smoking due to the weight of the link breaking itself into two.
I will be buying this same kit for future deer projects.

I've been eating and preparing venison my entire life, and this is by far the very best kolbassi. We follow the directions, as provided on packaging, and we use 8 lbs. ground venison and 2 lbs. bacon (instead of pork fat). It is amazing!
First off I am a huge fan of conyeager spice co. I've used there products for years. This kit came with everything you need to make 10 lbs of kielbasa . Very easy instructions to follow.i used 5 lbs of venison 3 lbs of ground beef and a 2 lb fatty pork roast that I ground. Placed in smoker and a few hours later delicious kielbasa. Great product I will be ordering this kit again.
This is the best kolbassi kit I have tried. I have always preferred to use all venison.
Without a doubt the best kolbassi I've ever had. I'm new to sausage making and basically followed the instructions that came with the kit. I mixed 6 pounds of venison with 4 pounds of ground pork I purchased at the supermarket. Smoked it for about 8 hours, again following the smoking instructions on the package using a mix of hickory and apple for smoke woods. The results were outstanding and everyone who has tried it agrees. I've already purchased two additional kits and when the freezer gets low, I will be making this again for sure.
