Absolutely fantastic blend of spices!!! We use leftover hams Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners @80/20 blend and it turns out great every year!!!! We also add some dried/crushed habaneros from the garden for a nice heat kick!!!!
I really love this bologna making kit. It's easy to follow instructions are simple. The flavor is incredible. My family and everyone that I've shared it with absolutely love it. I've already ordered another kit to make more.

Truly makes amazing bologna logs. Follow the directions and you will have some awesome bologna logs...I use 7lbs of venison and 3lbs of bacon. Smoke for a couple hours and finish it in the oven
Hands down best bologna kit I've found to date. Absolutely delicious. Plenty of seasoning and light on the salt compared to other kits. Priced right too.

Bought two kits to try. One with 60% venison and 40% pork and the other I tried 50 % pork and 50% ground beef. Both were outstanding and it was loved by the whole family! Will definitely do this again!! Great spice blend and fun to do!
