This was the first time I tried this particular mix although I've bought many others. I was impressed as usual as the Salami was just the right mix of spices. I'll be adding this to my long list of great spices from Conyeager.

Very similar to the summer sausage but much spicier. I personally do not like it that spicy but others might enjoy it.
The salami is easy to make and is a great way to use venison.
