You may return any unopened items when approval is received within 7 days of receipt.
Only items purchased directly from our website or ordered via phone are eligible for return. Items purchased at a Retail Store location must be returned at the retail store.
We will not pay shipping fees for returned merchandise.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used for purchase, and no refunds will be issued until after the product has been received and inspected at our facility.
Please note we can not accept the return of any HOG CASINGS, CHEESE, STARTER CULTURES, nor any other PERISHABLE GOODS.
