The bacon flavor is ok but nothing outstanding. You get a hint of smokeyness and that’s about it. I would not buy this flavor again.
I’m a fan of the company and some of their other products but a pass on this one.
As usual Con Yeager has the best seasoning kits! This bacon kits is delicious!
Easy to use but to sweet for us with 60 pork 40 venison
We absolutely love our Con Yeager products! We love to hunt, and prefer game to store bought meats. These kits are a real game changer, no pun intended!
We use this and only this to make our deer bacon. You couldn't buy on the spices single for the same price as the kit. No measuring out. And the taste is unbelievable of the finished product. I am not a fan of game meat but after my whole family using this I would eat it every day. I guarantee you can't go wrong with their kits.
