The conyeager mix. I normally used for years is no longer sold so i bought the deluxe version.
My wife and i had some for supper ss i could not wait to try it.
The deluxe has a lot more flavor.
Have some friends that want some too.
I am taking a kit to a family pig butchring in a couple weeks to do 11 hogs.
We will make another 25 lb batch there. Hope to get s few more converted to deluxe there
Year after year I have ordered this seasoning for our annual sausage making event. It is super easy to use and the flavor is impeccable! What I like most is that the flavoring works with many different preparations. It's a great flavor for a breakfast sausage with eggs, awesome for a tomato sauce with peppers, and just as good in a gravy! Thanks Con Yeager for great flavor year after year!
