This is the best hot sausage recipe for venison I have found. Ihave been making venison hot sausage for years and this one is by far the best. Would highly recommend the deluxe hot sausage mix over the regular hot sausage mix.

Couldn’t make a better mix on your own unless you want a stronger taste of a different spice. In our opinion this is best for overall sausage taste
