I make about 50 lbs of balogna per year. Folks at our hunting camp and 26 members of my extended family ask for it. I make small pieces about 4 inches long for hunters to put in their pacs to eat while on the hunt.

Excellent flavor. We made 25 pounds and it will be eaten pretty fast. For sweet italian, this will be my go to.
All of there spices are the nest. I've tried almost ever spice. Even the ones not on the list. If you're looking for something just contact them and they will give you what you're looking for!! Love them!!

I have been using Con Yeager spices for my venison sausage for many years and always had great results. This is the first batch I made with the sweet Italian, no MSG,mix. It has to be my favorite-just the right amount of flavor.
I usually like mild Italian sausage mix but the sweet Italian spice mix really supprised me. This stuff is great! Con Yeager did it again. There is no sence mixing your own spices with Con Yeager doing this great job
