I don't have to review tumeric. Just Google it and you'll find that it's an ancient Indian spice that was used for all kind of healing. I love the taste and the color and it will color everything, including the plate you're eating off of, the cutting board, the pan, but I don't care. I'm using it to help reduce the chances of getting cancer. _
