This is the best I've ever had!!! I mixed it with 10 pounds venison and 15 pounds pork trimmings and used 3 ups of water instead of 6, Then I added 1 1/2 cups of my homemade 100% pure Maple syrup, This is to die for!!!

this is really good. i did add 2 tbsp. of real maple syrup (i halved the recipe) cause i like a sweet but not to sweet sausage but i in all honesty i dont think it needed it. it was very good and my husband really liked it, which i didnt tell him i add the syrup just because he cant see why i have to change things. 9 out of 10 it works i love to cook and make things my own. but i am learning i dont have to change anything with con yeager its great the way it is which is great unlike the other brand. when i make the next batch i will leave out the syrup.
