Who doesn't like maple syrup pancakes mixed their sausage? With this spice mix you don't need the pancakes. One package is for 10lbs, I used 1.5x package for 10lbs, I like mine higher on the sweet side. Plus I add 1 cup powder milk to hold the moisture. Enjoy!!
