Very good product all ingredients were top notch only issue i had was with tieing the casings wish the kit came with strings over all excellent product
I have used this kit for a couple years and I love it. I had a little trouble with the casing this time. I always receive many compliments from whomever I share it with.
The best trail bologna mix I've ever used , even better than our northern New York "crogan bologna"

Love the product. My brother and I have used the trail bologna kits for years; however, our preference is the large 2.5" casings and the continuous small casings are the worst option. It would be great if con yeager would indicate on the packaging which casing is enclosed.
EASY TO MAKE TASTE BETTER THAN STORE BOUGHT EVERYONE LOVES THEM
This makes a very commercial, professional tasting sausage. Salty and a little garlic, and a hint of sweet. This is the first time making this and I will buy it again. I used 5 lb venison and 5 lb ground pork. I used the oven and hot water method which worked well. If I had to do it all over I would get some butcher twine to close the casings rather than tying them as the directions state. But they give you plenty of casing, so it really isnt a problem. I have yet to get anything from these guys that isnt good.
