Really like the outcome of this seasoning for my deer bologna. It is very mild with a good pepper after taste.

My Grandfather started using this several years ago for his venison bologna . Word of mouth spread fast and over the years they made more and more each year. Last year they made 650 pounds. It is a huge event but produces the best balogna you will ever eat.
This seasoning has a very good garlic pepper flavor. Only thing I didn't care for, I thought it was a little to salty.
