Deer hunters often choose this blend of coarse black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic to make their own spicy deer bologna. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 1.61%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section.     There is not a formula for this product and why not break recipe down into 5lb increments

    I really like the flavor balance of the seasoning however, The meathead who made the decision to make all the seasoning packets dark gray with black printing is a moron! You can't read the printing to save your life. That has got to be the most bonehead marketing decision I've ever seen!!!

    I have been using this mix for the better part of 35 years, maybe longer. I used it for whitetail, elk, beef. I have added cheddar or pepper Jack cheese to it. It is consistently the favorite baloney I serve. Great product!
