Second time purchasing and enjoyed every time. I use 2.5# in each of the casings. I’ve cooked both in the oven as well as the smoker and both were excellent. I typically do 2 and cut them into 4 and freeze for later use. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to up their sausage game and not deal with processors.

Made this last night and it's an awesome spice blend, 70/30 lean venison to ground sausage. Great flavor, casings were a bit difficult to work with but a bigger stuffing tube would make them easy. Will definitely make this again.
