Product Description

Use one package per 25 pounds of meat.

A bold German sausage seasoning which can be used for fresh or smoked venison sausage. Ingredients: Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Erythorbate 2.16%, Dehydrated Garlic, Flavoring.

    everyone enjoys this as a breakfast sausage or smoked cold. will continue using this with venison for as long as we have venison to process.

    Having used con Yeager products in the restaurant industry for years I knew the quality of this product was going to be fantastic and it certainly came out in my final product.
