Recently moved to KY and was thrilled to be able to order Con Yeager spices online, made the Delux Hot Italian sausage using Meat Block #2 (20 Lbs of Venison and 5 Lbs Beef Fat). Sausage turned out very delicious. Would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys hot itialian sausage. Better quality than store bought sausage and MSG Free

I have used other hot sausage mixtures before, but was looking for one without MSG. Decided to try this one. I will definitely buy this again. I use a mixture of venison and pork.
