Use one package per 25 pounds of meat. A blend of red and black pepper, garlic and onion that will make you feel like you are down on the bayou! Add your homemade sausage to your favorite recipe or grill it with sauteed onions and peppers for a delicious sandwich. Ingredients: Corn Syrup, Salt, Spices, Onion Powder, Monosodium Glutamate 4.40%, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Garlic Powder), Sugar, Oleoresin Capsicum, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.

    My partner and I 100% dress and process our venison harvests. So far this season we have made 25lbs of smoke venison andouille, 25lbs of smoked venison hot Italian sausage and 25lbs of venison smoked kielbasa. Your spices are amazing as are your hot casings, cure and binder. Over the years we have used your Uncle Luke's Jerky season to make countless batches of venison jerky. We switched years ago from another company to Con Yeager as your products are exceptional as is your customer service!

    We make a wild meat blend of venison (elk, deer, moose) pork and bear cutlets for our Wild Game Supper that is a favorite dish. 10 lbs. of pork and then equal parts of the other game equal to 15 pounds for a 25 lb. mix. Stuffed into hog casings and then grilled! Delicious!

    Its a great mix. I would give a 5 but for the fact that it still has MSG. If I was king I would do a Cajun w/ no MSG!

    This is a great mix . not only for sausage .i use it on fish, make cajun Chile, and cajun meatloaf. This stuff is great.
