Perfect for those who need more than just a cup of coffee to start their day. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein (Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Salt, with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil [cottonseed, soybean] added), may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking. ALLERGENS PRESENT: Soy

    Cant tell ya if its good or not. When i ordered it and got confirmation of my entire order I never received it. Im still waiting

    We ordered 2 package to see if we liked it.
    I have used it with Moose and Venison,since then i have ordered four more package we love the flavor.
    You definitely did a great job with this one. Thanks Jim

    Great Breakfast sausage

    Love this spicy mixture as breakfast sausage. Best if use 30-40% pork. Family and friends request it all the time.

    put a cure pack in it and stuff into casings, use very little smoke - BAM - best smoked sausage you will ever eat
