Perfect for those who need more than just a cup of coffee to start their day. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein (Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Salt, with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil [cottonseed, soybean] added), may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.     put a cure pack in it and stuff into casings, use very little smoke - BAM - best smoked sausage you will ever eat

    This mix is better than I expected. It has just the right kick but doesn't over power.
    Way better than store bought for sure and I even made some with ground chicken and was not disappointed.Hats off to Con Yeager!

    I took a chance on this spice mix and was very happy with the results. I kept it loose for patties using pork butt and venison (50/50). It has a little "kick" but still good for the kids, etc. This will definately impress your friends / hunting buddies, with sausage made like a pro. Good for anytime, not just breakfast, and would go great in a sandwich with peppers and onions.

    This is the perfect blend of spice that gives you that eye opener in the morning. Family and friends have commented that our sausage is better than store bought name brands. We have mixed it with regular pork, wild boar and a pork/venison combo. All with excellant results. This family likes things on the spicy side and the Breakfast Bell fits the bill.
