first time with this flavor and its awesome. i think they should all have the bigger casings though. if you dont have a stuffer the small ones are uselrss
This is the frist time i have tried your product and i must say it is really good kolbassi. I didnt have any deer so i use our own beef that we raised in its place w/ our own raised pork. I smoked w/ apple wood and it's great. We messed some of the casing up so i had xtra meat left so i cooked up some burgers there great. So i brought another kit an going to make up some burgers and freeze them (minus the cure)so they will be fresh kolbassi burgers be great for summer campfire cooking or grilling.
Simple instructions to follow. I smoked it with masquite. One of the best tasting kolbassi I've had.
The flavor was great and very authentic. The casing were a little tough and will try natural hog casings next time I use this kit. Overall it is a very good product.

This is the first time we tried the keilbasa kit we loved it. Very good flavor. With a little homemade sauerkraut it was a great lunch. We have purchased the con Yeager bologne and summer sausage in the past and are glad we tried the keilbasa!
We enjoy sauerkraut and kielbasa sandwiches and we make our own kraut so what is more fitting than harvesting your own venison, and making kielbasa to eat with our own kraut.....Will purchase this again for sure.
