    With an overabundance of venison this year, I ventured into new territory by purchasing a smoker and making my own meat products. I scoured online for products and many suggested Con Yeager. After purchasing their Kolbassi kit, the end product could not have resulted any better! Easy and delicious. The only complaint would be the casing is a little tuff, but this should not defer one from trying this product.

    Followed easy directions and made 50% game and 50% pork. Used the hot water method in roaster oven to cook, keilbasa turned out delicious! Great flavor!

    Simple instructions, excellent comments from all who tasted it. Friends asked who made it for me or where I bought it. Used venison & is great every time

    first time with this flavor and its awesome. i think they should all have the bigger casings though. if you dont have a stuffer the small ones are uselrss

    This is the frist time i have tried your product and i must say it is really good kolbassi. I didnt have any deer so i use our own beef that we raised in its place w/ our own raised pork. I smoked w/ apple wood and it's great. We messed some of the casing up so i had xtra meat left so i cooked up some burgers there great. So i brought another kit an going to make up some burgers and freeze them (minus the cure)so they will be fresh kolbassi burgers be great for summer campfire cooking or grilling.

    Simple instructions to follow. I smoked it with masquite. One of the best tasting kolbassi I've had.
