I’ve bought multiple flavors of jerky from multiple places, but hillbilly definitely takes the cake. A little sweetness mixed with a tiny bit of heat, you can’t go wrong with this seasoning!
I bought this in 2019 to try, then bought again in 2020 after receiving multiple compliments and suggestions to make even more. Just finished making 30 lbs of venison muscle jerky. Would recommend to anyone.

By far the best jerky seasoning out there. I have not met someone yet who eats jerky that doesn't like this and I've made this many times. It doesn't last more than a few days in our house.
Been using it for years. I like it a little more spicy, so I add a cup of TexasPete to about 10 lb deer burger, let it sit over night and dehydrate in the morning. It's just about perfect.....for those who like it really hot add a table spoon of red pepper flakes. That'll definitely get the job done...
