I love this jerky kit. I have used it for years. It works great for deer or elk. Follow the directions and let it run in the smoker for a while and presto, excellent jerky. Easy and delicious.

I have used many different recipes and mixes and this one is hands down superior to all. I do add a bit of brown sugar for my taste. Everyone that tries my sliced jerky or slim jims raves about them. I use this recipe for both. Thanks Con Yeager

I have not tried this blend but I'm sure that it will be as good as the others I have used. The hickory and teriyaki mix are the best I have tried, received a lot of compliments. I'm sure the hillbilly blend will be also.
