Great well balanced spice that brings out the flavor in the meat, particularly works well in deer jerky for me. This will be your go to kit once you try it out, easy to adjust flavors by just adding liquid smoke and or Worcestershire sauce, and Soy, but excellent on its own.
Family and friends love it. Kids beg for it, one of the few ways they will eat deer meat. We use meat strips of not grind style.
