I have tried dozens upon dozens of jerky kits and individuals recipes. This is by far the favorite among everyone i share with, and my family. We shoot alot of geese, ducks and a few deer. This stuff is amazing with wild game. The only thing i would change is that it comes in smaller sizes. I don't always want to do 10lbs at a time. But with a simple kitchen scale , i can weigh it out for how much meat im doing.
