Would love this seasoning sold in #25 lb increments without the cure salt as an option.

One of my favorites. Nice smoky flavor with just the right amount of tang!

    Terrific product!

Posted by Unknown on 13th May 2026

This product has been a huge help to my deer processing business. My customers love the jerky! My only complaint would be that it contains nitrites and MSG, which are not things I eat, myself. I "cleaner" version of this product would be awesome to see become available!
