Hillbilly Jerky Kit

I have used many different kits for deer, been, duck, and goose. This kit with its array of seasonings and spices compliments them all. Very simple kit to use just follow the the easy instructions. For sliced meat or ground A+ all the way.

This is by far the best mix I've used. It has taken over twenty years worth of jerky mixes to find this version.
I've marinated this for the minimum amount of time as well as maximum (as is on the label) and have found both to be good.

I order this every year. This is our favorite. You will never find a better jerky mix

Almost fool proof! Tastes great, easy to use, consistent product every time we've used it. I wish I could buy out of a store though, instead of having to order every time I want to make it. Love that it comes in packages to make 5 lbs of jerky at once, i don't have to use the whole kit at once. Wish it was a bit saltier though, we're going to take a small bit next time and add some seasoned salt to it and see how that turns out.

Venison is absolutely delicious using this jerky seasoning. It's just the right amount of hot and sweet. Just be prepared - everyone who tries it will want more!

I made the jerky per the instructions using ground meat and it turned out a pretty good. I tried to use the same mix with meat strips and it was too strong. I need to find the correct mixture and marinating time for 5lbs stripes.
