Hillbilly Jerky Kit

I've tried others, but this is the best. I only do one thing extra to this. I brush on some sweet baby rays on one side just before putting in the oven. The guys in the shop I work at go nuts over it.

This is the best Jerky seasoning on the market bar none. Easy to use and people I know who don't eat jerky say this I can eat.

Easy to use. Marinated 24 hours then dehydrated. Great texture and flavor.

It just doesn't get any easier than this. Take some ground meat, mix in the seasoning packet and then the cure packet. I use a jerky gun and spread it on a mesh jerky rack and in a few hours I've got perfect jerky. Even my wife likes it, and she often doesn't like the various jerky recipes I try. My Grandkids love it too. All my friends and co workers I've given it to love it. I gave it 4 stars only because there's so many more to try. This one I will make again for sure.

I've been making jerky over 20 years. During that time, I've tried many different jerky seasoning kits from multiple manufacturers. While many were very good, Con Yeager's Hillbilly Jerky Kit is in a class of its own. Simply the best out there!

I have been looking for a great jerky seasoning for venison for years. I first found Hillbilly Jerky at a sporting goods store so I had to try it. I made up a batch of jerky and loved the flavor of the mix. This product has just enough sweetness and heat I was looking for. I have used Hillbilly Jerky for 4 years and will keep using it as long as I can find it. I have recommended it to friends and family and everyone that has tried it likes it.
