Deer hunters often choose this blend of coarse black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic to make their own spicy deer bologna. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 1.61%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section.     First time using the spices directly from Con Yeager.... all are great!!! Loved the weiner mix along with the Pa bologna mix!!! Really great!!

    This blend of seasoning makes a great tasting bologna just has a small amount of bite to it everyone that tries it loves it been using for 12 years now

    I make a lot of salami and snack sticks, this is first trail bologna. Smoked with maple and cherry. Shared with my "crash test taste bud" friends and they loved it.

    I made 100lbs of this before and added some American cheese.. it was awesome. Problem is everyone at work wants me to make it for them and my daughter would eat it every day if she could. I add 2 tablespoons of granulated garlic for just a slight kick. I just got enough to make another batch this year and it by far better than any bologna that any of the deer processors are making.

    Products are great but need a quicker turn around on shipping out products. Should not be a 4 day wait till orders are processed and shipped
