this stuff make the best sweet bologna just ad 1 pound of sugar to every 5 pounds of meat. sweet meat with a little kick. I've give this recipe to many of my friends they cant get enough of it. I think con yeager. should hire me as a sale man I've sold so much of it for them.

I have been making bologna for 5 years now was satisfied with the bologna mix I used previous to con yeager. This was my first year using this mix turned out that I will be using this mix from now on

I purchased the PA deer bologna mix and just finished up the first batch. Completely delicious. I like that it has a little spice to it but not too much. I added a couple of my own ingredients which inclused about a cup of pepper old from my own canned peppers and a quarter cup of fresh minced garlic (the kind you can buy at the store that comes in a jar). It turned out perfectly. I ground the meat twice through the 1/8 inch wheel.

Always a hit. Simplest way to make great deer bologna.

I've been using this seasoning for several years now and have shared my bologna with lots of people. Everyone loves it! It has a great taste. I mix it with honey, brown sugar, bacon, High temp cheddar cheese and a touch of crushed red pepper.
