Deer hunters often choose this blend of coarse black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic to make their own spicy deer bologna. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 1.61%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section.     Only mix you need!

    A friend gave me Bologna that was made with this spice package and I found it to be absolutely phenomenal. So I quickly ordered my own and made my own Bologna for the first time ever and it was just fantastic. So I made a second set and decided to leave most of it raw and you said as breakfast sausage which was equally incredible. Then I ordered a third batch and made both Bologna and the breakfast sausage but decided to also try it as jerky. Wasn't sure how the jerky would turn out but that was even better than I could imagine. As long as Kanye girl spices are in business, I will never buy another mix for venison. This is the best thing ever!

    Great mix ! Has a little bite but not over powering ! When I did deer processing this was the mix every one loved !

    A friend from work brought in a bologna sample for me and it was FANTASTIC! His hunting buddy made it and I figured it was a "secret" recipe but I asked him to find out if his friend would share the recipe. When he came in the next day with a note that said Con Yeager PA Deer Bologna, I sat right down and ordered it. It was the first time I ever made bologna but it will certainly NOT be the last. This stuff is to die for! Everyone LOVES it. I just ordered a second time for another batch but, this time, I'm not going to smoke it but, rather, leave it raw and in the rolls like Jimmy Dean sausage to fry up with eggs. I think it's even BETTER fried up than smoked/cooked. Anyway, it is a wonderful product. You will not be dissatisfied if you try it.

    love this product we use the seasoning packet for 25 pound and mix it with 5 pound of sugar to make sweet bologna. a bunch of my buddies are now making it we cant get enough.
