Deer hunters often choose this blend of coarse black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic to make their own spicy deer bologna. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 1.61%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section.     Fantastic base spice mix for our venison/pork bologna. By itself, it give a great "bite" of spicy flavor to the bologna, but also serves as a base for when we take it up a notch by adding high temp Ghost Pepper cheese and a few tablespoons of red cracked pepper!

    PA Deer Bologna spice packs have just the right amount of ingredients to make 25 lbs. of outstanding bologna. If you like your bologna a little on the sweet side, just add some honey or maple syrup to your meat before grinding.
