Deer hunters often choose this blend of coarse black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic to make their own spicy deer bologna. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 1.61%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section.     This is the only seasoning I use for my venison bologna, venison sausage, as well as venison jerky. It is so tasty with just the right amount of “bite”. I seriously don’t waste my time experimenting with other seasonings as I can’t imagine anything being better.

    I started using this mix way back in the 80s for venison. Then we did elk with it. Now we use it for beef baloney and down here in Alabama, they love it!

    Great mix- right amount of spice and "bite" for most people. Fantastic base for adding most high temperature cheeses like Ghost Pepper.
