Deer hunters often choose this blend of coarse black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic to make their own spicy deer bologna. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 1.61%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section.     We've been using the PA deer balogna mix for over a decade now. Everybody loves it! Last week, we made 12 batches. Highly recommend! For a little heat, add red pepper flakes. We also add high temp pepper jack cheese

    Best bologna seasonings I have tried. I mix in fresh jalapeños and chedder cheese, hot pepper jack cheese and plain, all are great.
