Use one package per 25 pounds of meat. Our most popular bologna seasoning. Deer hunters often choose this blend of coarse black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic to make their own spicy deer bologna. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 1.61%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section.     This is an awesome product!! Dont change a thing!! Have been using it for several years and would be lost if it was ever discontinued.

    I SWEAR BY THE PA. DEER BOLOGNA MIX. I DIDNT MAKE IT THE PAST FEW YEARS AND MY FRIEND PERSUADED ME TO MAKE IT THIS SEASON. IT IS STILL THE BEST MIX I HAVE COME ACROSS...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, C.Y.S.

    I have tried many others and this is the best, I have had a lot of people test it and they love it, I also make it with more brown sugar to sweeten it up.

    I have never wrote a review anywhere but felt like I have to. I made this bologna a few weeks ago and let many people try it, everyone loved it. Of course they said it was the best I ever made, I told them it was a boughten seasoning and they couldn't believe it. Also the customer service here it number 1.

    If you're looking for a good "peppery" well seasoned bologna I believe this is the best. It doesn't have that bland taste some other mixes have. I've gotten lots of compliments on this mix. I've been using this mix for many years now. I never get tired of it.

    Can't beat the taste

    I've been making this bologna for 20+ years and there is nothing that comes close to the taste. Relatives make an annual pilgrimage just to get some of this bologna for their holiday gatherings. After making it once you know why everyone loves this bologna.

    This is the best bologna I have ever made or bought. And I have been making it for about 5 years. It is a little spicy compared to traditional pa deer bologna I am used to from the butchers which is what I was going for. But it is still fantastic, I added 1 cup of brown sugar, which is good enough but I may add an additional one or a at least _ cup more next time, I also thought about adding some molasses. I am going to make another batch next week with high temp cheddar in it. I will buy a lot more of this in the future. I would like to try the Dutch country sweet but am low on ground deer meat and worried it wonÕt turn out as good as this one. I smoked it for 9 hours over hickory chips. The smoke was strong but not overpowering by any means. It had an identical appearance and firmer texture to what you would expect from the butcher. I have had deer bologna from butchers that was very good but very easy to get sick of, not this stuff. The only problem I had if you can call it a problem was that I only ended up with three full size bologna but had 4 casings for 10 lbs. I guess I packed it too tight to make 4 but I everyone including myself thought the consistency was great. I donÕt eat a whole lot of bologna throughout the year really only when I shoot a deer. But this kit was so fantastic I have been strongly considering buying beef and making more when I run out of deer.
