Bologna Kit

I had a sample of venison made with this kit and found it to be the best I've ever tasted so I had to make some for myself. Very easy for the novice to make a quality product

Taste great. People that don't like venison will even like this.

I've made this kit about 4 times now and everyone loves it. I usually add some high temp cheese and jalape–o's. Great on crackers or as a snack.

We do alot of processing and this one has been the best so far.

I have been using this bologna kit now for 3 years and everyone loves it. I used to be able to buy it locally but the store went out of business so I was afraid I wouldn't be able to purchase it again. Thanks goodness for the internet. It is a little higher than what I used to pay for it in the store but it is definitely worth every penny.

We were turned on to this brand by a co-worker of my husband's. We loved the resulting product and the instructions were very easy to follow. The first batch we ever made, we did not like the included casings and had difficulty with them. However, the kits we have purchased since then have a much better fiber casing in them that is easy to work with and don't tear. Love the flavor of this kit. We sometimes add some additional crushed red pepper flakes if we want a little more kick. Have also begun adding small hot pepper cheese cubes and peppercorns. Yum!!
