This is the best bologna kit for venison and pork mixture! I wish they sold the spices separately though so I didn't have to get a kit that I really don't want.
5lb venison with 5lb pork came out delicious! First time making this was awesome.
Just got my new smoker , so this was the first chance I had to make it,,,Pretty good taste to it, a little spicy which I liked, leaves a bit of a burn to your mouth like hot wings or a hot pepper on the mild side,,Perfect amount of heat,,I will order more. And really want to try some of their other spices.
I have used these kits a few years ago. They were good then and just as good now . I recommend these they are good and directions are easy to read . Very good seasoning blend .
This my favorite prepackaged spice kit. I use to with wild game blends and when I run out of venison I use it with a beef and pork blend.
This is more of a summer sausage than a bologna but it has great flavor it is the best !!!!!you can eat it cold by itself fry it for breakfast eat it with crackers and sharp cheddar definatley a family favorite
Good but not worth the price once you tack on the 4.00 shipping charge especally when UPS drops it off at the post office and I got to drive 10 miles one way to pick it up.
Awesome stuff every serious hunter/smoker need to make the Bologna mix a regular part in the rotation
