This is an excellent mix. Not too salty, which is always a problem with the premix seasonings. I made mine with venison and avocado oil as the fat to keep it healthier. For every 2.5 pounds of venison I put in 3/4 cup of oil, and it provides the perfect amount of fat. I also put the meat in the food processor to get it real fine to get that true bologna texture. I also smoked it which adds a great flavor. My second time making it.
I have tried many brands of wild game spices and Con Yeager make the best! First try on the bologna kit but did not disappoint!

Good product but I ordered directly from you the price was in the 15 dollar range. And two days later I walked into a store and the price was 2 or 3 dollars cheaper not happy about that
Been using Con Yeager kits for years. Just stick to the instructions i smoke it using hickory. Don't try to smoke it to fast. low and slow and your gonna have one hell of a treat
Con Yeager has done an incredible job creating their kits and the instructions are so easy anyone can do it. Well done to Con Yeager! I love almost every spice kit i have ever gotten from them, however for me, the Bologna was not a favorite of mine. Probably just me personally, but i will be skipping the bologna and going with summer sausage in the future.

This is the seasoning I am familiar with from buying deli bologna. Used beef and just did a batch with pork. Best mix around. Fried (1/4”-3/8” thick slices) pan fried on toast with fried egg and American chees slice is amazing taste!! Great for lunch at work as sandwich too.
I have been using this product for many years. I have used others, This is the best there is! I use it every year and I always make a double batch with my venison.
