Uncle Luke's Jerky Kit

I have used this product in making my venison jerky for many years. I am always happy with the results and ease of use of this product. I will continue to use it as long as I am making jerky!

This is my favorite and I use it all the time. But for some reason the quantity of spice in the package is significantly less than the other jerky seasonings. A slight increase in spice quantity would make it perfect.

I have tried many over the years, but Uncle Lukes is the best. I have used Uncle Lukes Jerky Seasoning kit for at least 30 YEARS.

I never liked jerky before my husband made it with Uncle Luke's. Now I am nagging him to make beef jerky constantly. It reminds me of the flavor of Slim Jim's. Just can't get enough of it. Highly recommended!!

I have never had better jerky then what comes out of my dehydrator with Uncle Luke's Spice. NO KIDDING. I have had many challengers try to claim they make better jerky and they have all admitted after a taste test that it cannot be beat. I wish I had the recipe but at less than $1 per pound how can one argue?!
