I had tried another brand of trail or summer sausage kit last year and didn't like it. I was afraid to try it again , but I'm glad I did. I purchased the con Yeager trail bologna kit and used a smoker to cook it. It turned out great. Everyone that's tried it loves it. I will be ordering more kits from con Yeager .

Used it several times people love it.
Very good. I made two kits of it. The last was the best on it I added 7lbs. deer to 3lbs of pork fat and trimming. All that tryed it said it was Trail Bologna from the store.
Due to the overall taste and ease of making this trail bologna, I give it five stars!
Been using this product the last few years and can not keep people out of it kids included. Have used it with deer and wild hog and has never failed to come out the best.
Tried this kit for the first time...Turned out GREAT! Easy to follow directions. When I was younger we used to get our deer processed by a butcher in Lancaster. The ring bologna we got there was the best up until now! I am going to get the Lebanon Bologna kit next!
