I have used this product with whitetail deer mule deer and elk and anybody that has tried it loves it
Ordered a couple packs of mix and sent to billing address instead of shipping address. Not a big deal, but I would just like to applaud the company on correcting the issue instead of having me jump thru hoops. Top notch company in customer service and jerky mix.
I do the ground version of this and smoke it with apple and hickory to finish it off and I have never had anyone say they did not want another piece. Everyone loves it and I think it is the best jerky mix out there.

I’ve bought multiple flavors of jerky from multiple places, but hillbilly definitely takes the cake. A little sweetness mixed with a tiny bit of heat, you can’t go wrong with this seasoning!
