Hickory Jerky Kit

I have been using this seasoning marinade for 7 years. I was turned in to it from a friend. He brought some into to work and I had to know what he did to get such a great and balanced smokey and peppery jerky. I have been using it ever since. I have tried the other flavor sand they are good but hickory is by far the best. Everyone I share with raves about how good it is. If you like to eat good jerky use this marinade. It's too easy and too good not to.

Every time I visited my oldest son in Ohio, he made venison jerky. I live in Florida and wanted to make beef jerky from London broil. Called him and he told me about Conyeager. And he was right. This is the bomb! Been spreading the word since we have store with BOGO on London broils. Hope sales increase from the Sunshine state. I bought 2 bags of hickory and 2 bags of teriyaki. Hickory was omg great! Haven't tried teriyaki yet.

This is by far the best jerky spice that we have ever had! Everyone that tries the jerky that I make with this spice is immediately hooked! Thank you so much. This will be the only kit we ever use.

My meat market went out of business so I could no longer find my Jerkey mix! I tried ConYeager and it was just as good. I"m finally able to keep my reputation for making the BEST homemade jerkey!

We make alot of jerky this is the best we had so far

We make a lot of deer jerky during the year and I've tried a lot of different spices. This is my favorite. I trim my steaks and soak it in this with water in the back of the fridge for three days stirring once during that time. Then I put it in my dehydrator for 4.5 hours. For best results, it should set in the fridge for a day before eating although it's the absolute best right off the trays when first done. I spray the trays with cooking oil which prevents sticking and tastes even better.

This is the first time we have ever used a kit to process deer jerky/bologna. What a great product! The taste is the closest to home made recipies we've have ever used!
