Ingredients: Salt, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Flovorings, .10% each BHT/BHA, Citric Acid, Seasons 10 lbs. meat.
This was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted seasoning for venison sausage.
This sausage seasoning is the best we've found. However, my husband likes his sausage spicy so he has to add cheyenne pepper to it. (***This seasoning is not spicy. He adds to it to male it spicy.) I've tried to get him to try the other flavors to check the spice, but he's convinced this is the best. We found it at Rural King while in Kentucky. Now we order straight from Con Yeager to our home in Louisiana.
Tried many others, this one is a winner! Great sausage flavor w/o much sage. (Not a fan of sage.) As good as any store bought sausage.
The 776 Seasoning is the best I've ever eaten
Was my first time making breakfast sausage from venison, and was just looking to try something different. I also bought the blueberry maple seasoning to compare to. It was not as sweet as the blueberry maple and a little saltier. However, the flavor was still great. Just not quite what I was looking for in a sweet flavored breakfast sausage. Still would recommend to anyone.

I've tried this product a couple of times. I mix it with venison, All my friends and family love the way I make it so thumbs up! I'll continue to use this product all the time....
Pretty good countrysausage spice, pretty mild. Still not the taste I was after but will buy again as it s the best I have found so far. Just seems to be lacking some spice but I don't know which one. Has a good mild flavor.
