Ingredients: Salt, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Flovorings, .10% each BHT/BHA, Citric Acid, Seasons 10 lbs. meat.
Pretty good countrysausage spice, pretty mild. Still not the taste I was after but will buy again as it s the best I have found so far. Just seems to be lacking some spice but I don't know which one. Has a good mild flavor.

I did this mix with elk this year. It is OK at best. There is 1 spice that I cannot identify that keeps coming through and that is all I can taste.
