When I buy the burgers already made with your product from Stater Brothers it has a better bite, I also only used two pounds instead of the 3 you say to use and still not what I was hoping for.
Absolutely fantastic for making burgers and meatloaves. Also delicious on steak. May be a little hot for some palates, but for those who like spicy, this is it!
We love this for burgers with jalepenos and cheddar cheeese mixed in the meat! Gives the burgers the spicy flavor and makes a big difference!
My family loves the Jalapeno Monterey Jack Cheese seasoning. We also add a package of the Sergento Monterey Jack cheese to the 3 pounds of hamburger. We plan to experiment by making Jalapeno Cheese Meatloaf with the seasoning using a Salsa topping. We just can't get enough of the delicious seasoning mix.
I am a big fan of hamburgers and let me tell you if you have not tried this seasoning you have surley missed out. Simple to mix and the end results are excellent. Con Yeager Spice Co. have other hamburger seasonings to choose from and they are just as good. It is a must try if you haven't already.
