This adds just the right "bite" into your burger. This stuff is hot! The directions say to mix it with 1 lb of meat, but you might want to start at 1. 5 lbs. This is not like your mom's recipe for meatloaf when she added lipton soup mix to ground meat and you might be able to tell it was there.

I used 2 packets for 2 pounds of hamburger. They were a little hotter than my family liked. 1 packet for 2 pounds might be better for us.

Saw it on a online recipe tried it and... its good... i tried it in a meatloaf and the family liked it that Jalapeno added just a little spice and i used the entire package with 2 1/2 lbs of ground meat

I bought this flavor from a fundraiser and loved it. Had to order more.

My local grocery store chain would make burgers during the spring, summer, & fall and everyone would just rave about them. I set out to find the mix so that I can make them myself anytime and also add it to extra lean ground turkey. Beef is the best however; both are great!

I will be purchasing this product for now on!

This product is great I mix up ahead of time and it adds a little zip to burgers. For kids and those who don't like the heat, I go 4 pounds burger to a package instead of 3.

I bought this spice from a co-worker's daughter's fundraiser (in other words, I only purchased it to support the fundraiser). Well we finally got around to making our burgers, and they were great! So easy and so delicious. Will definitely purchase again. Hopefully there will be more fundraisers!

My son requested Jalapeno burgers at his college graduation cookout. He requested the Sam's Choice Jalapeno frozen burgers found at Walmart which he's liked from previous cookouts. Walmart no longer carries them so I didn't want to disappoint my son and started searching on line for jalapeno recipes and spices. I stumbled upon the Jalapeno hamburger spices by Con Yeager by accident. I noticed everyone was giving the spice 5 stars so I purchased 4 packages of them. Everyone was complimenting me on the burgers and my son even commented they were better than the discontinued Sam's choice burgers. This spice will be my go to spice for cook-outs from now on. Simple to mix and the taste is Awesome!

This is the best seasoning packet known to man. Could eat these seasoned burgers every day on the week.
