Seasons 3 lbs. meat.
I used 2.66 lbs of ground beef because I was doing 1/3 lb burgers and wanted them to be flavorful. It was a little strong so I will do 3 lbs the next time. I ended up doing 6 Oz. burgers. Great seasoning just like the others I’ve had.
If you made burgers with this and then turned into tacos you need no taco seasoning. This is awesome
At one time, I used to have my deer processed, and the place had an option of getting chili cheeseburger flavored burger. It was a favorite among us hunting buddies. For years we searched, and now have found it with Con Yeager! Very flavorful; I wish I had went a bit more heavy on the first batch, but hey, live and learn! I wish Con Yeager sold the burger seasonings in larger volumes than small packages though. I will buy again!
At first I was a bit skeptical. I mixed the packet with 3 pounds of 93% ground beef (normally I used 85% but the store had a better sale on 93) as directed. I had it rest in the fridge for about 3 hours while I did some errands. Formed patties and put them on the George Foreman grill. While a little spicy for a lot of people, I found this to be wonderful. I plan on buy again.
Mixed up 6 pounds of deer burger with chili and cheese mix (2 packages) WHOA what a great tasting burger also bought mushroom and swiss have not tried it yet can't wait. Will be defently trying other spices from this AMERICAN company.
