Seasons 3 lbs. meat.
I was afraid to try this seasoning, thinking the flavor might be too spicy for me. The burgers came out so tasty! One word... YOWZA!!
I think this is wonderful - be sure to stick to the 3 lb. mark though unless you like super spicy. (Which I do, so I lean toward the 2.75 lb. mark.) I also add in goat cheese pieces which gives it a smoother flavor.
Used the Cajun Bleu Cheese Flavor Mix for the first time with some standard 80% - 20% Giant Eagle Ground Meat and was very please with the results. A through mixing is a must because I did get one spicy hot mouth full but that was due to a lack of complete mixing more than anything else. I will spend more time mixing hence forth. I have always heard not to over handle ground meat so I was cautious there but one still has to mix in the powder flavor well to distribute evenly. A friend and I shared the burgers and were both very pleased and will use it again soon.
Adds a whole new level of flavor to ground meat - delicious in meatloaves, bell peppers stuffed with a ground meat mixture, and hamburgers. Will definitely experiment with other meat products.
I first discovered this product at Tops Supermarkets. They were mixing this product in their Burgers and I just had to have it on my own. So I researched it and found the ConYeager web site and thankfully was able to order it still. Now I use it in and on EVERYTHING!!! Especially on Chicken Breast Baked in the oven. It doesn't get any better than this!!!
